The Problems You’ll Solve
The Strategic Partnerships Coordinator will lead volunteer and capacity building programming for city
agencies to increase their ability to engage residents in volunteerism. The Strategic Partnerships
Coordinator will report to the Senior Advisor, Strategic Partnerships and collaborate with other NYC
Service Staff. The primary focus of this position will be the NYC Service Bureau, Resident Volunteer
Corps, and community outreach. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
NYC Service Bureau Grant Support
implementation of city agency volunteer projects.
tools, training, and resources to build and/or expand volunteer management programs.
supporting volunteer engagement numbers and metrics.

About You
Salary
The City of New York Office of the Mayor’s compensation package includes a market competitive
salary, equity for all full-time roles and exceptional benefits. Our cash compensation range for this role
is $64,000.
Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on candidate experience and expertise, and other
factors.
