NY State Solar is Growing again!! We are looking to add 5 additional People to our Inside Sales Team in our Main Sales location.
The ideal sales candidate for this Inside Sales position will be a high-energy, hardworking, enthusiastic, and financially driven individual who is ready to join a dynamic sales team and make a difference.

Duties and Responsibilities for our Inside Sales Team:
· Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
· Cold Calling or taking calls from prospective clients interested in transition to Solar
· Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
· Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
· Utilizing CRM (Salesforce) to keep a detailed log of conversation notes and feedback throughout the day
· Informing the team of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.
· Working with cross functional team members to better improve the solar customer sales experience.
Inside Sales Team Requirements:
· Proven Inside Sales experience in a Cold Call driven environment
· Computer literate - Good Basic Knowledge Needed
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
· Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
· Excellent phone etiquette
· Professional and courteous disposition
· Persuasive and results oriented
· Available to work evenings and weekends
