Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a Dental Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a dental office setting. Your role will involve insurance verification, posting payments, insurance AR as well as ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date dental information

- Verify insurance coverage and process claims

- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow

- Handle billing and payment processing

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred

- Insurance verification processes

- Proficient in using electronic health record systems and dental software applications

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records and billing information

- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, insurance providers, and the dental team

-Eaglesoft Software experience preferred
