NW Collision Services is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Portland, OR

NW Collision Services seeks an experienced Auto Body Office Specialist to join our winning team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of the leader in collision repair and take your career to the next level. We're looking for someone who is an expert in CCC One Production Management, ability to track the vehicle’s progress through the repair process: keeping the customers continually informed and the files updated accurately. Is passionate about customer services and providing expertise and support to our clients. Our Customer Service Specialist is a team player who actively participates in solving problems that impact the speed and quality of the repair. This position plays a key role in ensuring that NW Collision Services Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings are strong.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan daily collision repair production schedule to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time goals
  • Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
  • Manage all aspects of the office and administration including RO files, all components of the repair process.
  • Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completion of repairs
  • Look for opportunities to improve process with automation or standardization.
  • Manage integration between CCC ONE, Mitchell, and Quickbooks

Qualifications and Skills

  • World class customer service skills
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • SME with CCC One, QuickBooks, and Mitchell systems
  • 1-3 years of body shop experience, including Body, Paint, Estimating, or Management.
  • Thorough knowledge of the collision repair process, including quality standards
  • Solid problem solving abilities
  • Above average computer proficiency
  • Ability to motivate staff to achieve common goals
  • Knowledge of DRP guidelines
  • Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills.
  • Able to relate well to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must maintain a valid state driver’s license to drive any customer or company vehicle

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of the auto body industry
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Worked with Progressive and or State Farm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
