We are looking for a highly motivated Project Marketing Coordinator to join our Corporate Marketing Team in our Frederick, MD office. If you're a results-drivenprofessional, have strong organizational skills, a creative mind with an eye for detail then this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Project Marketing Coordinator, you'llbe responsible for creating and maintaining customer-facing brochures, displays and digital interactive assets to support our new home sales program. This marketing and design role functions as a liaison between our Architectural Team and Homebuilding Operations and is focused on achieving an optimal Customer and Employee Experience. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and land departments as well asoutside vendors to ensure best practices, brand standards, and guidelines are followed for ordering assets for new home communities. You’ll also create new and edit existing internal and customer facing collateralin AutoCAD, collaborate with outside vendors for rendering creation and perform real-time product changes and quality control architectural floor plans.

This position will be part of our Corporate Marketing Team and will work onsite in Frederick, MD.
