BRIEF JOB SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for managing and overseeing executive compensation, including benchmarking, evaluation and annual compensation processes for NVA’s Senior Leadership and C-Suite population.In addition, the role is responsible for the design, management and communication of NVA’s long-term incentive plans, balancing the ability to attract and retain talent while meeting the NVA’s strategic objectives and financial targets.In addition, this role is responsible for preparation of all communication documents as well as NVA’s Remuneration Committee materials, including partnering and influencing a cross-functional team (Finance, Legal, Human Resources) in support of the preparation and timely review of materials with all stakeholders.
