We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the assigned region. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Duties:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Attend trade shows and similar sales events
- Collaborate with the sales team and marketing team to strategize and acheive sales initiatives and goals
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with key clients both in person and virtually
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Call new customer prospects and close new customer orders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Professional Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Sales Representative
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
