Our client, a leading global institution, is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst IV to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and delivering financial analyses and reports for multiple client department managers, including the Treasurer's Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop intricate and complex business models to meet the changing needs of the business.
• Carry out financial research on products/departments, analyze profit-and-loss statements, and prepare reports and recommendations for client managers.
• Prepare forecasts, analyze trends in sales, finance, and other areas.
• Develop accurate reporting to aid in managing the business and provide direction and training to junior analysts.
• Understand industry trends and benchmarks to help managers come up with a plan that aligns with overall business objectives.
• Actively identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue increase, increased efficiency, and more for the businesses you support.
Requirements:
• An MBA is strongly preferred, or a BA or BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel.
• Solid experience with data manipulation.
• Background in Real Estate or publishing, ideally digital publishing is highly advantageous.
• Non-profit experience would also be considered.
Working Situation:
• Hybrid - work from home - In office on TUES, WED, THURS (core hours are 8-4.15) with possible flexibility.
• 37.5 hour work week.
