The Awesome Work You’ll Be Doing:

• Working with dedicated nurses
• Answer incoming calls and chat interactions
• Gathering and verifying information from patients using our database application
• Assessing and routing patients to our nurses via phone for our contact center
• Handle inquiries concerning billing or service rendered
• Referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation

What We Need from You:

• One year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume customer call center
• Ability to process instructions that are provided in a written, oral, or diagram form
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to relate well with customers and express yourself clearly
• Ability to navigate between various software systems on a personal computer w/ an established operating system.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• We love good communication! You must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Be a “people-person”— We need you to have awesome customer service skills for our clients.
• We take confidentiality seriously for our clients.
• Requires high-speed internet
• Ability to attend in-person training Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sun from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm
