Job Title: Full-Time Registered Nurse
Location: Van Nuys, CA
Salary: $40-45 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Job Description: As a Full-Time Registered Nurse at our Adult Day Care center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of our clients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult participants.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor participants' vital signs and observe for any changes in health status.
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and diabetic management.
- Supervise daily tasks related to Vitals, medications, and Interventions.
- Take the lead in all Participant medical emergencies.
- Maintain strong relations with our team of professionals within the ADHC, external Physicians of Participants, and the Center Physicians.
- Collaborate on MDT best practice and maintain accurate Participant Charts and EHR.
- Conduct daily preparedness of Initials, Re-Assessments, and CDA audits.
- Provide internal training and workshops to Staff.
- Keep observation on facility safety in collaboration with our Team.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required.
- New graduates are welcomed; previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- CPR certification required.
- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency in TurboTar and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc) preferred.
- Hold recent Medical and Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
- Excellent, clear communication skills and competence in helping others.
