The primary responsibilities include prepping large amounts of produce and some proteins for our high-quality, ready-to-eat foods such as salads, guacamole, salsas and other side dishes while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. This position could involve working in extreme cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
