NuCO2 Management LLC/70 is Hiring a Supv of Compliance Suppor Near Stuart, FL

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously update training and resource material for use by customers, employees, and regulatory authorities.
  • Implement training archives that are accessible to all stakeholders and ensure that archives are continuously updated as regulations, company policy, and customer needs change.
  • Create and deliver a training curriculum to help all stakeholders understand applicable national safety standards, jurisdictional code requirements, company safety and compliance products and services, and third-party compliance support options.
  • Continuously educate and seek formal support / endorsements for NuCO2 safety and compliance products and services from authorities having jurisdiction. Work with marketing and legal departments to ensure that all safety and compliance customer facing material is accurate. Coordinate with sales to execute safety and compliance product and service rollouts, expansions, and strategic projects.
  • Collect information from authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ), notices of violations (NOVs), customer interactions, and from employees to update the company’s regulatory requirements archive.
  • Act as the escalation point for internal and external customer issues and facilitate appropriate response in a timely manner while communicating effectively, professionally, and promptly.
  • Communicate with authorities having jurisdiction to resolve issues and/or provide supporting material around NuCO2 equipment and services.
  • Provide flex support to other areas of the regulatory department as needed.
  • Contribute the ongoing optimization of the company’s Field Service Management platform.
  • Provide technical input to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Creative and skilled service leader who has experience managing compliance processes within the food service industry.
  • Excellent trainer with a documented track record of creating and implementing added value training programs within a service business.
  • Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret process maps, compliance documentation, product specifications, and other technical documentation.
  • Results oriented leader with a proven record of exceeding service targets, who possesses strong work ethic, and excellent selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient computer skills - MS office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or related field, Food service industry experience is preferred, Passion for delivering results to customers and a Strong work ethic.
