About the role

We have exciting opportunities for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join the group. As a Senior Account Executive you will support senior Client Services staff to ensure that projects and services consistently meet client needs. You will manage budgets including performing financial reconciliations at project completion. Develop project timelines and monitor projects to ensure deliverables are high-quality, delivered on-time, and within budget to the satisfaction of the client. Demonstrate professionalism with internal and external clients. This role can be remote-based or hybrid out of our Inizio office locations and you will report into an Account Director.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred)
  • 3 years' experience in project management or any appropriate combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in a medical communications or pharmaceutical environment highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time, on budget and with high quality
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) to track financial data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relationship-building and team collaboration skills
