We are looking for an immediate Account Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and enjoy meeting new people. **This is a hybrid position, with 2 days onsite at our Neptune Beach, FL location**

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of account management.
• New client onboarding and integration.
• Monitor and track current client fulfillment.
• Strengthen partnerships by providing assistance and guidance.
• Retain current clients and drive their renewal process.
• Work with other members of the team to successfully carry out obligations.
• Maintain a professional yet friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in account management, preferred.
• Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to execute and manage multiple clients simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
