NSG, Inc. is actively seeking a General Facility Technician to join our team for a full-time position at a multi- building, large commercial office facility in Blue Ash, OH. The ideal candidate will showcase an ability to perform general maintenance tasks in an independent and consistent manner and effectively communicate within the organization and with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks at multiple sites such as painting, snow removal, lighting, and ground maintenance.
• Inspects and performs preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities such as checking batteries, exit lights, changing filters, etc.
• Plans and performs facility and conference room set up for meetings.
• Assists with upkeep of facilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects.
• Work independently and communicate with employees and customers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Self-Starter who is results oriented.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in general maintenance or similar role.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required.
• Stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekend and evenings as needed.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (40 Hours Per Week).
• On-call rotation for weekends.

Compensation:

• $20 - $22 per hour.
• Weekly pay every Friday.
