NSG, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Officers to join our team at a facility located in the North College Hill neighborhood of Cincinnati. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.
Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:
Wednesday through Sunday from 11pm-6am (35 Hours Per Week)
Compensation:

• Competitive pay: $16.00 per hour.
• Weekly pay every Friday.

Responsibilities:
As a Security Officer at NSG, Inc., you will be integral to the safety and security of our clients. Your duties will include:

1. Conducting thorough and scheduled walking rounds of the facilities, encompassing both outdoor areas, including two parking lots, and indoor spaces, to ensure comprehensive surveillance and vigilance.
2. Promptly reporting any incidents, disturbances, or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities, utilizing effective communication channels and protocols.
3. Maintaining the integrity and security of the site by addressing policy or process violators with professionalism and adherence to company guidelines.
4. Providing a visible and reassuring presence to deter potential security threats, thereby contributing to a sense of safety and well-being for clients and visitors.

Requirements: To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Ability to pass a complete pre-employment background check, demonstrating trustworthiness and suitability for the position.
2. Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent, ensuring a foundational level of education and competency.

Skills: Successful candidates will possess the following skills:

1. Proficiency in the operation of radio or telephone equipment, enabling effective communication and coordination with team members and authorities.
2. Effective oral and written communication skills, facilitating clear and concise reporting of incidents and interactions with clients and colleagues.
3. Professionalism and cordiality in interaction with the public, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor in all situations.
