The ideal candidate will be a quality, caring, and dependable individual. The primary purpose of the job is to prevent fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Also, ensures a safe environment for our residents, staff, and visitors in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards. Previous experience as a fireman, policemen, or watchman is desirable. Must have a valid driver's license.
