```Duties:```
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or advanced practice providers.
- Monitor and document patient responses to medications and treatments, and report any adverse reactions or changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions in critical care settings such as the ICU or ER.
- Perform specialized procedures such as IV insertion, catheterization, and inhalation therapy.
- Provide end-of-life care and support to patients in hospice or palliative medicine settings.

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [location].
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of [number] years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
