NR Consulting is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Boston, MA

Job Summary:

Part time : 3 days in a week

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing various contracts, ensuring compliance, and facilitating effective communication between parties involved.

Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and partners
- Conduct research on legal terms and regulations to ensure contract compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract performance
- Implement and maintain contract management systems
- Assist in business development activities related to contract acquisition
- Review and analyze documents for accuracy and completeness
- Support change management processes within the organization

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Proven experience in legal drafting and contract administration
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in document review and management

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
