Compensation:
  • 80K year Health Insurance
  • Travel Expenses 
Commission and Bonus:
  • 20% of the net profit on the first year of new contract and sales for services, 5% following years.
  • 5% of the net profit on Hardware and Software sales.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Work consultative with customers to help them understand how NPO's unique offering and experience enables transformational value.
  • Generate, pursue, and win strategic deals, working from lead generation through closure.
  • Iterate through options and proposals, develop pricing models, and be comfortable writing and redlining contracts.
  • Work through deal considerations in collaboration with colleagues from IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions, Data Science, IT Management, implementation/delivery, and others
  • Synthesize a view of the market and customer needs that can serve as an input to colleagues in product and product marketing.
  • Track and analyze deals, continuously looking for opportunities to improve deal cycles or bring more efficiency to NPO and its customers.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Serve as customer escalation point for project concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer expectations on project delivery.
  • Provide input on customer deliverables to ensure alignment with expectations set during sale.
  • Build new relationships and nurture existing customer relationship within assigned accounts.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of experience working with or for IT Service Provider companies, with a higher emphasis placed on the leading global players firms.
  • Track record of developing, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Strong understanding of the impact of IT services on business
  • Strategy background that enables high value, consultative business development approaches
  • Experience managing customer relationships.
  • Able to understand and communicate in the language of modern computer and data science (mandatory)
  • Desiring to contribute and engage in collaborative efforts within the company's sales and relationship department, along with a focus on establishing a lasting journey within the organization.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including data center, cloud, IT management, and cyber security
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
