**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively
- General office and administrative duties - primarily including filing for multiple departments
- Welcoming and directing office visitors
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is advantageous
- Proficient in data entry and CRM software usage including Adobe PDF software, MicroSoft Office and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Quickbooks and Oracle NetSuite preferred
