Seeking a skilled System Engineer for a government project in Columbia, MD. We're looking for experienced Senior Engineers who excel in creating and coaching on Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project. You'll guide customers in creating IMS and integrating platforms into MS Project Server, applying systems engineering principles. Effective communication with government and program personnel is essential.
Education Requirement
High School Diploma or GED and nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience, or
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and a minimum of fifteen (15) years of general systems engineering experience, or
Master's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and a minimum of thirteen (13) years of general systems engineering experience.

Quick learning ability with a knack for understanding applications related to project scheduling.
Aptitude for grasping industry concepts in systems engineering and problem-solving.
Strong technical problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in developing tools, templates, and processes tailored to unique problems using available applications.
Excellent technical communication and writing skills.
Self-initiative to identify problems and take action without waiting for specific tasks.
Desired Skills
Demonstrated experience with MS Project and MS Project Server.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining program Roadmaps and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Expertise in building baseline schedules.
Proficiency in creating and integrating program schedules into an IMS.
Ability to capture and prioritize requirements and outcomes.
Experience in identifying both internal and external dependencies.
Competence in analyzing portfolio and program schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks.
Demonstrated expertise in performing thread analysis.
Familiarity with researching and implementing technology integration, such as the PowerBI Reporting Application.
Capability to provide training to program personnel.
Previous experience in creating technical documentation for associated products.
