- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- 7 years with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Systems Engineering (or related field) or 12 years without the degree.
- Database design/operations/maintenance, reverse engineering, data normalization and cleansing, scripting, data analysis and visualization, datasecurity.
- Oracle, knowledge of existing BM&A systems
