Route Sales Specialist/Driver - 100% travel
This position requires that you are able to leave on Monday and not return home until Friday. If you are open to that lifestyle, then we want you on our team!!
Novelty, Inc. is a multi-channel product development company that designs trendy impulse items and sells them directly to our customers. Novelty prides itself on developing the coolest merchandise and then building sales models that help retailers market the product.
We are seeking a Route Sales Specialist to merchandise and sell our products in convenience stores throughout the United States. In this position you must be willing to travel 100% each week. You will leave on Monday and not return home until Friday. If you are open to that lifestyle, then we want you on our team!!
As a Route Sales Specialist you will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities:
- Backfilling for Route Sales Professionals when needs require
- Store resets and new store sets (showcasing product and building displays)
- Special projects (all varieties as needs demand)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Passion to merchandise and Sell FUN products
- Capable of working independently
- Climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time
- Work in all weather conditions
- Frequent lifting of 15 - 60 pounds
- Safely operate up to a 15' box truck
- Valid drivers license
- Clean Driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Abel to work 40 hours a week
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL 100%
