Description

The PÜR Sales & Education Specialist at Astral Health & Beauty plays a pivotal role in promoting and representing PÜR within the retail environment. This position is responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and educating both customers and Ulta Beauty store associates about our products. The PÜR Sales & Education Specialist collaborates closely with Ulta Beauty store teams and PÜR Selling Specialists to ensure brand representation aligns with our values and goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the beauty industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Requirements

Product Knowledge & Education: 

· Master a comprehensive understanding of PÜR’s product line, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.

· Conduct regular training sessions for store associates to enhance their knowledge about the brand, ensuring they can confidently promote and sell the products. 

Mentorship and Development:

· Provide ongoing mentorship to Selling Specialists, offering guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

Customer Engagement:

· Lead by example in approaching customers with a friendly and proactive demeanor to showcase and demonstrate beauty products.

· Offer guidance to Selling Specialists on providing personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

Sales and Goals Achievement:

· Achieve sales targets for PÜR, contributing to overall store sales goals.

· Utilize effective selling techniques and share best practices to drive product adoption and upselling.

Event Coordination:

· Execute in-store events, workshops, and promotions to generate excitement around PÜR.

· Involve Selling Specialists in event coordination to enhance their skills and engagement levels.

Market Feedback:

· Gather customer feedback and market insights to provide valuable information to the brand and product development teams.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous experience in a sales or education role within the beauty industry.

· Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, and makeup trends.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Passion for educating and empowering customers.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
