Nortrax is Hiring a Customer Support Advisor Near Pembroke, NH

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: May include some or all the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)

  • CSA’s are expected to aggressively target Deere and All Makes customer uptime by offering timely parts and service support focusing on the following (4) general strategic areas;
    • Selling shop and field labor jobs to
      • 1. Deere and All Makes customers
      • 2. Preventative Maintenance Agreements
      • 3. Undercarriage and Ground Engaging Tools
      • 4. Strategic parts promotions set forth by Nortrax
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with Nortrax product support and deal promptly with any disputes or potential disputes in accordance with Nortrax policies and procedures. Follow-up with customers to ensure that disputes are resolved on a timely basis.
  • Develop the e-parts business by educating and training customers
  • Effectively manage your time everyday in order to adequately cover your assigned customer base
  • Assist customers with attachments for their equipment
  • Maintain records of calls, make reports as required, and control travel and entertainment expenses
  • Become efficient at using the Nortrax/John Deere Sales and Service tools to aid in achieving your goals.
  • Communicate effectively with your team on a regular basis.

Qualifications 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be motivated to work in a fast paced, commission-based Sales environment. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This individual must be comfortable using a computer and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet navigation. A strong knowledge of functions, operations, applications and customers heavy mechanical equipment along with basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair of heavy/industrial equipment is a must. A valid driver’s license will be required along with the ability to travel within the assigned territory. Occasional training will require travel outside of the territory. This individual must be able to identify target customers and products, quote those products, and then make the sale while in the field.
