Position: Clinical Supervisor

Licensure: LICSW or LMHC preferred

Location: Falmouth, MA

Pay: $80K-$85K/year (based on experience and licensure)

Schedule: FT Monday- Friday, 8am-4pm with rotating weekends on-call.

Overview of Position:

• Provide supervision and oversight to clinical staff
• Coordinate all services for the assigned counselors
• Conduct trainings and team meetings
• Prepare and maintain staff work schedules and provide coverage as needed.
• Review clinical documentation and records
• Perform direct counseling services when necessary
• Perform all other duties as needed or assigned

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or related field
• At least five years of clinical experience in an addiction or mental health treatment program
• At least two years of experience providing oversight and supervision in a clinical setting.
• Current MA Licensure- LICSW or LMHC (Strongly preferred)
• Drivers License and a reliable vehicle
