Norton Healthcare Staffing is looking for a full-time recruiter/staffing coordinator for our office in Amherst, NH. This dynamic, full-time position is ideal for someone who is driven, can work independently, with recruitment experience.

This position is full time, Monday through Friday in the office 8-hours a day, 40 hours a week. Remote work is not available.

Due to the ever-changing demands of the staffing and consulting industry, this position requires someone who can be flexible and open to new concepts, ideas and methods. This position encompasses marketing, staffing, and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities include, not limited to:

• Posting and managing job positions on websites
• Answering a high volume of telephone calls and emails from job applicants
• Conducting a high volume of initial interviews of job applicants
• Leading qualified candidates through employment processes
• Marketing to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and fax
• Preparing resume cover sheets and resumes for clients
• Administrative support as needed
• Assisting with Scheduling as needed
• Assist with projects to help ensure maximum organization and efficiency
• Work consistently to attain goals

Requirements:

• Recruitment experience is required
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High energy and a positive personality
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong organizational skills
