Job Summary:
We are seeking an insurance operations professional who specializes in client service. This team member will ensure the maintenance of an efficient and organized office that allows the advisor(s) and other team members to focus on his/her energy on building client relationships and similar work.
Duties:
- Performs all insurance underwriting for the team
- Handles client service requests
- Assists advisor(s) with new in-force illustrations when needed
- Communicates with advisors and sometimes clients on underwriting and insurance updates
- Assists advisor(s) in scheduling client meetings, calendar organization, prep work for meetings, etc.
Qualifications:
- Professional work experience and bachelor's degree
- Local to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area

- Licensed or gain licensing (Life/Health) within 6 months of employment
- Demonstrates organizational and time management skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
