**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and at least one other language (Spanish), possess exceptional communication skills, and excel in providing top-notch customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously

- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution

- Upsell products or services to increase revenue

- Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately

- Analyze customer interactions to improve service quality

- Communicate effectively in English and another language to assist multilingual customers

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in customer service and sales

- Multilingual proficiency with excellent phone etiquette

- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse customers

- Ability to upsell products or services effectively

- Proficient in data entry and analyzing customer information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.95 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
