Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Financial Services Industry

Job Description:
Northwest Financial Group is a fast-growing investment and planning firm looking for an ambitious financial industry professional looking for a great opportunity to grow with the organization. You will start as an Administrative Assistant developing skills and providing service and processing to clients and advisors. After proven performance, the associate will have the opportunity go through a yearlong program with LPL Financial to evolve into an Associate Wealth Advisor with Northwest Financial Group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of servicing and relationship management for clients and advisors.
- Prepare and complete new business paperwork
- Manage & Maintain the Client Relationship System (CRM)
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, field routine questions and follow-up
- Schedule and coordinate client, advisor, and office meetings
- Emails, reports, and general client correspondence
- Organize, file, and maintain electronic and hardcopy paperwork
- Support advisor with client meeting preparation and subsequent follow up activities
- Handle and maintain client’s personal information and data entry projects with diligence, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Collaborate with team members on best practices; both client facing and internal.

- Has an in-depth understanding of individual client needs and objectives.
- Follows processes through completion to ensure timely resolution.
- Ability to present complex concepts and ideas in a professional and easily comprehendible way to clients in both written and verbal form.
- Must be self-driven, proactive and able to implement ideas quickly and efficiently with little or no supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to consistent changes within the industry.
- Ability to quickly learn specific product information, administrative systems, rules & regulations.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization & time/task management skills.
- Excited about working in an entrepreneurial environment in which your strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills and initiative have a direct impact on the success of the firm and team.
- Accuracy & attention to detail.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or higher is required. Military Service in leu acceptable.
- SIE, Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 not required but preferred.
- Management experience not required but preferred.
