NorthStar is looking for a Land Surveying Intern to join our Internship Program in the Summer of 2024. If you aspire to be part of an innovative and inspired group of design professionals in a collaborative environment with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Welcome to NorthStar.
The Internship Program at NorthStar was built with the intern and permanent staff in mind to accomplish two major goals 1) build experience and exposure to problem solving procedures and practices, and 2) assist staff with project tasks, allowing for mentorship opportunities.
We are a team of engineers and surveyors who have been serving Northern California communities for over 40 years. We honestly love what we do, who we do it with, and where we do it. We work in a welcoming community that offers culture, art, incredible outdoor adventures, and easy driving access to epic weekend destinations.
We hire brilliant professionals who are excellent at their craft and align well with our mission and values. We have worked hard to define our culture so that who we are and how we approach our work is crystal clear.
Our mission is our passion: We Exist to Develop People Who Enhance Our Communities. Our core values are Learning, Ownership and Teamcentric, and these sum up how we “show up” for our clients and each other. For us, these aren’t just words on a piece of paper, they are what we live into as a team and aspire to daily.
