We are a rapidly growing psychiatry practice and we are looking to add a floating medical assistant to our team.
This position is a support role for the primary medical assistants stationed at each treatment site. Responsibilities will include rooming patients; taking vitals; charting; charging for services rendered within appropriate guidelines; operation of TMS equipment; administration of Spravato/ketamine treatments; coordination of treatment schedules/plans, medication deliveries; pickup of medications from pharmacies, and delivery to treatment sites in the Portland Metro area.
This person must have reliable access to a vehicle as this role requires being on the road with regularity.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical setting and understand the challenges that psychiatry patients face. Experience working with Advanced MD is a plus. No prior experience in TMS or Spravato are required as we will train you.
