NorthStar Management & Consulting, Inc., is seeking an experienced Community Manager for under 75 unit Tucson apartment community.
Job Description: As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a community ensuring its efficient operation. You will work closely with Residents, the property Supervisor and vendors to maintain high standards of service and maximize the value of the property.
Community Manager
The Manager reports to the Property Supervisor, and is the direct link between the residents and the Property Management division.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. The duties and responsibilities of the Property Manager are many and varied, including:
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
