We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team. The Corporate Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management and reporting, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting aspects including billing, financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, revenue recognition (ASC606), and special analyses.
• Develop and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
• Monitor financial transactions for compliance with GAAP, policies, and regulatory requirements at all levels.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, oversee payroll, and assist in financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Lead special projects, ad-hoc reporting, and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and active CPA license.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Strong GAAP accounting knowledge with at least 5 years of team management experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables).
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of financial acumen and business operations.

Reporting Structure:

The Corporate Controller reports to the Chief Financial Officer and supervises the Staff Accountant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
