As Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Duties:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions and reporting by maintaining a strong control environment with the ODOO Accounting/ERP system

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Coordinate with foreign subsidiaries and consolidate financial statements
- Participate in financial forecasting and budgeting process to ensure the company's financial stability
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations
- Maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports and tax filings
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations

Skills:
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles
- Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
