Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong background in educational administration.

Duties:
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children.
- Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality care and instruction.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, enrollment, and parent communication.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and community partners to enhance the overall childcare experience.

Skills:
- Experience in higher education teaching or education administration.
- Ability to educate and inspire both children and staff.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with parents, staff, and children.
- Previous experience working with students or in a childcare setting is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38,673.27 - $46,574.26 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
