JOB TITLE: Director of Philanthropy
SALARY: $65,000 - $75,000, plus benefits
REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

SUMMARY: We are looking for a new team member who thrives on building relationships and has a passion for marshalling support for a well-loved community organization. Skills in fundraising, community engagement, and/or sales will help you take NSC's established philanthropy program to the next level.

Lead the philanthropy program at the Northshore Senior Center, including donor stewardship/communications, data tracking, small event planning, grant writing, and community engagement.

We are not your average senior center. Founded in 1972, Northshore Senior Center has grown to be one of the largest senior centers in the US, providing support across the aging spectrum. NSC focuses on holistic services (arts, education, health, socialization, travel, fitness, etc.) for older adults, people with disabilities, their families, and their community. Our dedicated staff and volunteers, welcoming facilities, and 300 programs create a vibrant place to connect, learn, and thrive.
