The Office Manager role involves being the first point of contact for the company, welcoming employees, and guests, and managing general office operations. Additionally, this role is responsible for fostering a positive work environment to enhance organizational effectiveness andcommunication. This role will oversee daily office functions while managing vendor relationships to maintain a productive work environment for all employees. You play a vital part in supporting the HR team and maintaining seamless operations within the department. You handle both HR projects and office management duties, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
