- Operating Vertical and Horizontal CNC Mills OR Lathes.
- Working with Engineering & other Team Members.
- Working from a blueprint or drawing with specifications.
- Using a variety of precision measuring devices.
- Adhering to Quality Assurance requirements including first-piece inspections and recording of measurement data.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Familiar and ISO standards and follow all standards and procedures.
- Striving for continuous improvement.
- Be able to work in a cell structure operating 2-3 machines at a time.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- A positive attitude.
- Achieve, maintain, and establish productivity and quality requirements.

- 2 years of CNC machining experience.
