Environmental Services Team Lead responsibilities...
Under the general direction of the Environmental Services Manager, the Environmental Services Team Lead coordinates the daily operation of all NRHN Environmental Services departments, including Housekeeping and Laundry.
In the absence of the Environmental Services Manager, the Environmental Services Team Lead serves as the liaison with all internal departments on all Housekeeping and Laundry matters, including the logistics surrounding Housekeeping-related projects.
To qualify you must...
- Education : High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Experience : 1-3 years of Healthcare experience is preferred
- Technology : Aptitude for utilizing interoperable communications devices
- Licensure : State-issued Driver's License preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently
- Possess effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Ability to work in a team-centered environment
