Our LGBTQIA oriented team has openings for Outpatient Therapists. Help us realize our dream of creating a service-based delivery team that REFLECTS the PRIDE / LGBTQIA COMMUNITY! This PRIDE team will deliver outpatient services to the LGBTQIA community in a culturally informed and competent way.

Pride Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

Compensation:

Full-time:

• Independent license: starting at $65,000
• MA level: starting at $50,000

Fee for Service:

• Independent license: starting at $55/hr
• MA level starting at $45/hr
• Salary and fee for service premiums paid for
• Non-English language capacity
• Experience
• Select clinical specialties

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field with a plan to become licensed as an LICSW or LMHC within 2 years
• LGBTQIA culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof
• Independent Clinical License in the state of MA (Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) preferred
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
