Northeast Family Services is seeking a Vice President (VP) of Illinois to support the agency’s mission and core values!
 
The Vice President of Illinois Operations, in partnership with the Executive and Senior Vice Presidents, will oversee services including Outpatient, In-Home therapy, and other programs as they are developed and assigned within the state of Illinois.
 
The VP is responsible for the effective management of services including oversight of quality, compliance, outcomes, staffing safety, service delivery and financial performance. The VP will create and implement a region-wide behavioral health system across the continuum of care and will have oversight and management responsibilities over behavioral health options. This position will be the main contact between the Executive and Senior Vice Presidents and the state’s Assistant Vice Presidents and Program Directors.

VP Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services field 
• Independent clinical licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LCPC or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Illinois 
• At least seven years of experience in the management of behavioral health operations in a behavioral health setting 
• An in-depth working knowledge of administration and operations with a strong emphasis on, and an understanding of, financial management, strategic planning, client care, quality assessment and improvement, risk management, employee relations and human resource management 
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the state of Illinois; valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle 
• Experience with the child welfare population is strongly preferred 
• Experience with networking and starting programs is strongly preferred 
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) 
• Understanding of Illinois’ service array and needs of the community 
• Ability to assist with the discovery and development of grants, contracts and related tasks 
• Ability to manage multiple programs and/or service systems 
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

Compensation Range:

$115,000 - $135,000/annually
