Northeast Family Services Career Center is Hiring a Quality Assurance Clinician Near Worcester, MA

Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced, masters-level professional to join our growing Massachusetts team as a Quality Assurance Coordinator!

The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in implementing and monitoring NFS’s quality assurance program. They will provide training and create guides to support the agency’s mission to provide the highest quality of care. They will perform regular audits and reviews of client records to ensure clinical program specifications are being met for each service type. 
 
The QA Coordinator works collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team and contributes to the strategic implementation of a continuous quality improvement process and maintaining the agency’s audit readiness status at all times. They will conduct record reviews/audits, and support preparation for, and participate in, any regulatory meetings and CARF reaccreditations. They will also provide feedback to staff and the respective Program Director on audit findings and recommendations. The QA Coordinator will also provide clinical support to the NFS leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or directly related human services field required 
  • LICSW, LMHC, or Clinical Psychologist independent license in the state of Massachusetts required 
  • Minimum three years of CBHI experience and strong knowledge of program performance specifications and guidelines required 
  • Outpatient Therapy and ABA program knowledge a plus
  • Supervisory experience preferred 
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
