The BCBA will be responsible for working with families in home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. The BCBA is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of instructional programs; data collection, graphing and analysis; writing of progress reports; and development of behavior support plans.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
Current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
Current LABA preferred
Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
A compassionate approach to care
Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
Proficient with word processing and graphing software
Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA

Compensation:
Competitive Fee-for-Service rates beginning at $60 per hour, based on credentials and experience!
Stipend available for additional language capacities!
Full-Time salary starts at $65,000 and is based on credentials and experience!
$48 hourly incentive rate over salary available for billing greater than weekly productivity expectation
