We are currently looking for new and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LABA) to oversee cases within 1 or more of our ABA programs. We provide services in a variety of locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and offer services to individuals ranging from 15 months to 22 years. As a BCBA at Northeast Arc, you'll have the responsibility of:

• Supervising, mentoring, and working closely with Behavior therapists and families in home, community, center and clinic settings
• Working as part of a dynamic and dedicated team and participating in weekly supervisory and team meetings
• Develop and monitor individual goals and strategies, analyze data to determine progress and attend IFSP and IEP meetings
• Completing initial and ongoing assessments, managing behavior plans and attending regular meetings with caregivers

Qualifications:

• Personable, motivated, creative, dependable & ready to accomplish day to day challenges
• Certification and MA licensure (BCBA/LABA)
• Experience working with children
• Strong creative problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
