We provide ABA services within the center, home and community to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or LABA works with the ABA therapists to implement interventions that help children improve their behavior at home by enhancing communication skills and teaching strategies for self-regulation. Our ABA program provides comprehensive intervention to individuals between the ages of 3-22 primarily during after-school hours.

Requirements of a Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• BCBA certification and/or MA LABA
• Strong analytic skills and knowledge of current trends in treatment
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently

• Valid Driver License and reliable form of transportation

Required Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or LABA Experience: Minimum of 1 year supervising ABA Services

Required Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or any other related field

Job Pay: Starts at $70 /hour for Board Certified BCBAs or LABAs and alternative rates for BCBA Candidates requiring supervision and planned increase upon passing Board exam.
