Northeast Adult Day Care is currently seeking an experienced marketer to join our team. This position is instrumental in bringing in referrals, increasing census, and fostering network connections within our community. The ideal candidate will be motivated, outgoing, and possess comprehensive knowledge of Adult Day Care services.

Key Requirements:

· Proven track record in marketing and sales, particularly in healthcare or related fields.

· Existing relationships with social workers, physicians, nursing homes, VA, and hospital discharge planners are essential.

· Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing strategies.

· Ability to recruit new clients and families, guiding them through the intake process from site tours to insurance verification, and maintaining ongoing relationships with caregivers.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

· Previous experience in healthcare settings is highly desirable.
