Title: Anthropologie Group - Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Location: Philadelphia, PA (in office 3 days/week)

Overview:

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day of the Anthropologie influencer marketing team. This person will report to the Influencer Marketing Associate and partner with Anthropologie’s cross-functional teams to support the execution of the Anthropologie, AnthroLiving and BHLDN influencer campaigns and giftings.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in management of Influencer campaigns for Anthropologie , Anthroliving and AnthroWeddings. Including but not limited to:
    • Expand Anthropologie brand awareness by staying up-to-date on up-and-coming influencers excelling in reach and engagement KPIs as well as brand relevant content to test within Anthropologie campaigns
    • Assist in the curation of face sheets, cast scouting for campaigns and contracts
    • Manage campaign timelines and coordination of campaign launch from following up of content concepts, placing product orders, managing content deadlines, initial content approvals, tracking live content and reporting
    • Ensure that product selections adhere to campaign concept and brief parameters prior to placing orders as well as site availability. When orders are placed, manage all steps inclusive of order tracking & resolving order issues
    • Curate product sku lists to pass off to web dev. team for anthropologie.com linking purposes and create UTMs to provide Influencers for content
    • Capture live content inclusive of IG Stories and ensuring all deliverable obligations are met and track all content on monday.com
    • Ensure social teams are supporting live influencer content via community management
    • Coordinate with digital team on content available for paid social needs and assist in whitelisting strategy by ensuring branded content tool is utilized
    • Assist in ambassador initiatives including but not limited to: campaign launch process, bonus campaigns, collecting reviews, outfitting program coordination, co-op campaigns
  • Manage regular pulse of influencer giftings process including but not limited to:
    • Recommending key product gifting opportunities during key calendar moments
    • Coordinate with art team on asset needs: packaging, card inserts, handwritten notes
    • Coordinate with digital teams on landing page experiences, UTMs, QR codes, etc.
    • Coordinate with product teams to curate a personalized gifting product selection that relates to story/brand message being told via gifting
    • Place gifting product orders and manage gifting package process inclusive of sending gifts and coordinate tracking
    • Coordinate entire process of opportunistic influencer giftings
    • Assist in execution of the celebrity home giftings program including but not limited to order placements, inventory checking, landing page coordination, recapping
  • Experiences and Events:
    • Assist in casting for Anthropologie brand events and experiences
    • Partner with cross functional teams on invitation assets, casting expectations, casting approvals and product orders
    • Manage outfitting process for influencer attendees
  • Budget:
    • Assist in Influencer budget coordination in a timely manner including:
    • Invoice submission assistance
    • Monthly finance tracker and trial balance completion
  • Recapping:
    • Ensure all influencer partners are verified on Creator IQ to accurately pull performance
    • Partner with Influencer Associate on pulling together performance metrics to create actionable takeaways and recapping for campaigns
    • Outreach to gifting recipients or event attendees for their account reporting if deliverables aren’t required
    • Responsible for recapping and reporting on content for all giftings and events

Qualifications:

  • 1 years influencer management and/or social media experience desired
  • A charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communication
  • Strong organization skills inclusive of building timelines and tracking weekly and daily product orders and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills
