Job Summary

The Academic Transition Advisor plays a vital role in assisting students as they navigate through the various stages of their academic journey. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to students, particularly those transitioning into or within the academic institution. The Academic Transition Advisor collaborates with students, faculty, and staff to facilitate a smooth transition, address academic challenges, and promote student success while providing support, resources, guidance, and case management
